We offer a return or exchange within 30 days of placing your order.
How to initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@loveisproject.co with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- We will review your request and provide you with the full address of our returns department.
- Return the item(s) to our returns department. (We recommend requesting a tracking number to know when your package is delivered)
- Approved return items that have been confirmed as received in good condition will be eligible for exchange or a refund minus the original cost of shipping.
- For exchanges, we will invoice you for the shipping cost and will send your new items to you upon payment completion.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original form of payment. Please contact your bank for confirmation of your refund being received.
If your item was delivered to you damaged: Please email us a photo of the damaged item and your order number at support@loveisproject.co. Once your request is reviewed, we will follow up with your replacement options.
