Please note all items are hand made from natural materials. Therefore, every product will be slightly unique. We do our best to portray our products accurately but variations may occur in production or screen color.

Bracelets and collars may be returned in 30 days will all tags attached. A refund for the full amount of the product(s), minus shipping cost, will be sent via your original form of payment.

Once you’ve reached out to us, we can issue you a return label for your shipment. 

Damaged items - Please email us a photo of defect in item you would like to refund.  If the defect item does not contain sterling silver or gold, customer does not need to ship it back. If it is, they will need to return.

Refund Policy:

Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price [minus shipping]. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the receipt of the return via the same payment method in which you purchased. The time it takes to post a credit to your account varies and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.

Exchange Policy:

If you would like an exchange, please let me know which item of equal or lesser value you would like sent to you. Exchange request will be subject to exchange processing fees of minimum $10.  Please confirm your shipping address and phone number.

Lost packages:

Unfortunately, USPS, sometimes loses packages or items get stolen during the holidays. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Please reach out with your and we will try to locate your order and/or issue a replacement.
